ITU-T H.261. Its particularities are:
-The coding process is of the MPEG type. The diagram is shown in Fig 04. The Common Intermediate Format is applied CIF of 352 pixel of luminance per line. ITU-T H.324
This standard includes H.263 coding for the video signal. The goal of ITU-T H.263 is to improve the quality of H.261.
